RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Our policy lasts 3 days upon receiving of products. If 3 days have gone by since receiving your products, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Only defects or wrong item receive will be eligible for a exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Item(s) which show signs of wear and/or being worn before will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.

Due to the nature of the materials, the leather goods and handmade products may have some natural lines and uneven colour (This is not a defect). Please see illustrations of the leather description on products individual post.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
Exchange will be done subjecting to stocks availability, we shall refund the value of the item(s) should it be not available.

You shall bear the shipping and handling charges of returning any rejected return or exchange request item(s) to you.

To complete your return/exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Stitch Accessories decisions on returns and exchanges are final.
Our returns and exchanges policies do not cover damage resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear.
